a) You acknowledge that the information provided by you for registering in the Contest or availing the Prize, is personal information, and you hereby consent to provide this information to Xiaomi, for the purposes of this Contest, and as provided in the Privacy Notice attached to the Registration Form. You understand that you have the right to choose to not provide any information to Xiaomi, as requested by Xiaomi. However, if you do not provide any information to Xiaomi, you understand that you may not be able to register for the Contest or avail the Prize.

b) You hereby agree and understand that the terms regarding sharing, transfer, disclosure, storing and protection of your information shall be governed by the following policy:
(i) Xiaomi shall use your information only for the purpose as specified under the Privacy Notice.
(ii) Xiaomi will not sell your information to third parties.
(iii) Xiaomi will only disclose your information under the circumstances set out in the Privacy Notice.
